IT Specialist
Southeast Asia | Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage tickets and prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution
- Provide user support (office and remote) by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Perform regular system and application updates
- Handle procurement of IT equipment and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Maintain office equipment and provide ongoing user support
- Monitor and manage backup systems, antivirus software, and other security tools
- Utilize network diagnostic programs to identify and resolve connectivity issues
- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall configuration, VPN setup, and intrusion detection systems
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on commercial experience as a System Administrator with MacOS
- Experience in supporting VoIP
- Hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Mattermost and Slack
- Strong knowledge of backup systems and antivirus solutions
- Familiarity with network diagnostic and monitoring tools
- Proficiency in mail software (e.g., Outlook, GMail, or similar)
- Experience in managing and maintaining office hardware and IT equipment
- Solid understanding of network security concepts and best practices
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and provide excellent user support
- Strong English proficiency is required

- Experience with Atlassian products, CRM, and HRM systems
- Linux administration knowledge
